Chef-seasoned beef, chicken and pork — steaks, brisket, wings and pulled pork. Steaks are precision-cooked sous-vide to a rare core, ready to finish with a quick 60-second sear.

02 How is my order packed for shipping?

Every cut is individually vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen, then packed in an insulated box with dry ice for cold-chain delivery.

03 Where do you deliver?

We ship across the continental United States. Availability and final delivery timing are confirmed at checkout.

04 How soon will my box arrive?

Orders ship Monday through Thursday. Most boxes arrive one to two business days after shipping, with tracking sent as soon as the box is on the way.
