It's already cooked.
Every pack is fully cooked, then frozen. Drop the sealed pack in simmering water for 2 to 3 minutes (about 5 from frozen), or thaw and sear steaks for 60 seconds — follow the directions on each pack. A raw box asks for thawing, seasoning, cooking, resting, and a sink full of pans. This asks for a pot of water.

The chicken is fully cooked — heat and eat in 2–3 minutes. The steaks are precision-cooked sous-vide to a rare core, then flash-frozen: thaw and finish with a 60-second sear to your doneness. Follow the heating directions on each pack.
