Ingredients

Texas Smoked Brisket 1 x lb
Cavatappi Pasta 1 x lb
Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese 3 x cup

Heavy Cream, 36% 4 x oz
Mustard, prepared, yellow 1 x tablespoon
Green Onion, tops and greens 3 x oz
breadcrumbs- Italian style with cheese 0.5 x 1/4 cup

Instructions

STEP 1

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

STEP 2

Mix pasta with cheese, heavy cream and mustard – make into a sauce.

STEP 3

Chop the brisket into slices or diced, mix into the Mac and cheese into a bowl.

STEP 4

Transfer to baking dish, sprinkle more shredded cheese and then breadcrumbs on top.

STEP 5

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes, garnish with scallions.
