Yes. Every pack is fully cooked, then vacuum-sealed and frozen. Follow the heating directions on the pack.
Is the beef processed or formed?
No. The steak and brisket are whole-muscle beef, sliced. Our beef is grass-fed with no added hormones.
How is "per pack" calculated?
Case price divided by 24 packs. "Per lb" divides by 28.5 lb (24 × 19 oz). "You save" compares to 24 packs at today's single-pack price on our store.
How much is shipping?
Free on every case to the contiguous U.S. Orders ship Monday through Thursday on dry ice. Bigger orders can arrive in more than one box.
