Ingredients

  • 1 lb Kalua Pork, shredded
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 can of Spam
  • 1⁄2 cup pineapple salsa (3 parts salsa, 1 part pineapple tidbits)
  • 2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 oz Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

  1. Follow the heating instructions to heat the pork until hot.
  2. Warm tortillas and spam.
  3. Fill tortillas with pork, spam, lettuce, cheese, and pineapple salsa.
  4. Serve warm.
