Is this processed or formed meat?
No. Each steak is a whole-muscle New York strip cut, not ground, chopped or pressed together, and grass-fed with no added hormones. The chicken is chicken breast. Full ingredient lists are on each product page and pack label.
Is it already cooked?
Yes. Everything is fully cooked, then frozen. Follow the heating directions on each pack.
