Ingredients
- Texas Smoked Brisket 1 x lb
- Cavatappi Pasta 1 x lb
- Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese 3 x cup
- Heavy Cream, 36% 4 x oz
- Mustard, prepared, yellow 1 x tablespoon
- Green Onion, tops and greens 3 x oz
- breadcrumbs- Italian style with cheese 0.5 x 1/4 cup
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Mix pasta with cheese, heavy cream and mustard – make into a sauce.
- Chop the brisket into slices or diced, mix into the Mac and cheese into a bowl.
- Transfer to baking dish, sprinkle more shredded cheese and then breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes, garnish with scallions. Serving Suggestion: Serve with a crisp green salad. Submitted by The Buckskin Bronco
