Ingredients
- 1 lb. Garlic Steak, sliced
- 4 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup grilled zucchini
- 1 cup grilled yellow squash
- 1 cup grilled red pepper
- 1 cup red onion
- 1⁄4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup chimichurri sauce
Directions
- Warm the Beef in the skillet following the instructions.
- Cook the rice.
- Divide rice into bowls.
- Top with steak, grilled vegetables, and chimichurri.
