These Brazilian Garlic Steak Skewers are a bold, grill-ready favorite loaded with tender garlic seasoned beef, colorful red and green peppers, and sweet onions, all lightly brushed with olive oil and cooked to juicy perfection. Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Garlic Steak, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 Wooden skewers
  • 4 oz Chimichurri sauce
  • 2 cups of rice

Directions

  1. Thread steak, peppers, and onions onto skewers.
  2. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Grill or broil until steak is heated and vegetables char slightly.
