Ingredients
- 1 lb. Garlic Steak, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 Wooden skewers
- 4 oz Chimichurri sauce
- 2 cups of rice
Directions
- Thread steak, peppers, and onions onto skewers.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Grill or broil until steak is heated and vegetables char slightly.
