Ingredients
- 1 lb Texas Smoked Brisket, sliced or chopped
- 12 stone-ground dinner rolls
- 1⁄2 cup BBQ sauce
- 6 oz medium cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup dill pickle slices
- 1⁄4 cup sliced red onion
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Layer brisket, BBQ sauce, and cheese, red onion inside sliced rolls
- Bake until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
